Auto-watch cases in Service Now

As part of an Account Team (e.g. SAM, AM), I would like to be added to the watch list of new cases open from my accounts automatically so that I do not risk missing any new cases that may require my attention.
Ideally, applying filters should be possible such as watch only high prio and critical cases.
