Ability to automatically add users to watch list on cases
Users want to be able to add an admin to all cases (whether it be by certain product like iTwin or group) so the admin is able to track updates on those cases. Hatch has requested this enhancement to SN.
Adding a group automatically depending on the product would be nice. The group would contain a list of emails/names of colleagues who would like to get notified when a new case for the product is created or at least be notified when there is action for the case.
