Add RFC 5322‑compliant References and In‑Reply-To headers to ensure correct email threading.

Please update the support ticket system to include proper email threading headers according to RFC 5322. Specifically:

In-Reply-To: should contain the Message-ID of the previous ticket message.
References: should list all Message-IDs in the conversation to allow correct threading in email clients such as Outlook.

This ensures replies are consistently grouped into the correct conversation thread, improving readability and reducing confusion.
