I am an IT administrator and our company does not allow colleagues to download and install directly from vendor sites... rather, we create internal installation packages to maintain security and internal configurations. I do not typically keep Bentley applications installed on my device, except when needed for testing. Our company uses many Bentley applications, and monitoring published updates across all of them is challenging.

I would like to be more proactive in providing the latest updates to my colleagues and believe it would be very helpful to receive notifications when application updates are published in the Downloads portal. Ideally, I would like the ability to enable notifications for specific applications used by my company and choose how those notifications are delivered (e.g., email, portal, CONNECTION Client, or other options).
