  • Background: Currently, PLS-CADD only allows for graphical sagging using a single FEA code type. This limitation poses a challenge when clients have different FEA codes for each transmission conductor phase, rather than a single code for all three phases. In such cases, we are left with two options: either perform the graphical sagging three times, once per phase, while manually changing the target FEA file for each phase, or export all three FEA codes for the phases, format them externally, and then re-import them into PLS-CADD under a unified FEA code. Both options are time-consuming and prone to errors due to their complexity.
